Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to a more accessible KnockDrop website.

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Accessibility goal

We aim to make this website usable by people with disabilities and work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a goal, not a certification or representation of full ADA compliance.

Measures implemented

The site includes a skip-to-content link, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus indicators, descriptive form labels, semantic headings and landmarks, and a pause/play control for the decorative homepage video. Reduced-motion preferences are respected.

Ongoing review and limitations

Accessibility requires continued testing with assistive technologies and people with disabilities. Third-party services and media delivery may introduce limitations. The campaign form is currently a local review only and is not a functioning request submission channel.

Feedback and assistance

A dedicated accessibility feedback channel is not yet available on this website. Existing customers may request assistance through their established campaign correspondence. A public assistance channel should be provided before the website is used to receive live customer requests.
