Online content is informational, not a binding offer. Final quotes are provided individually by email. Campaign scope, quantities, printing specifications, schedules and payment terms must be agreed in writing before work begins. A request does not reserve capacity or authorize production.
Artwork and approvals
You must own or have permission to use submitted artwork, trademarks, images and text. You are responsible for accuracy, required disclosures and legal compliance of campaign content. Production requires approval of the final proof under the written campaign agreement.
Distribution restrictions
Delivery is subject to applicable solicitation rules, permits, posted restrictions, property access, safety and weather. Restricted or inaccessible properties may be excluded. Materials must not be placed in mailboxes or on mailbox structures in violation of postal rules. Political and regulated advertising may have additional requirements.
Changes, cancellations and disputes
Changes, cancellations, refunds, rescheduling and remedies are governed by your written campaign agreement and applicable law. No uniform refund or cancellation entitlement is promised by this website. Notify KnockDrop through your established campaign correspondence about an issue.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by KnockDrop or its licensors, except third-party marks belonging to their respective owners. No license to reproduce or commercially exploit site content is granted except with permission or as allowed by law.
Responsibility and applicable rights
